Harold Charles is Digicel’s 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year for the Construction Sector in Haiti

HAITI – During a televised ceremony in Port au Prince yesterday evening, CEEPCO President Harold Charles was honored as Digicel’s Entrepreneur of the Year for the Construction Sector countrywide.

“On behalf of my entire team in Haiti and in the United States, I want to thank Digicel President Denis O’Brien for recognizing CEEPCO’s tireless work and commitment to help rebuild my homeland,” said Charles. “I am proud to receive this award, which represents excellence and elevates Haiti ‘s growing private sector.”

Digicel, the largest cell phone company in Haiti, has hosted the competition each year since the devastating 2010 earthquake to promote small business development in the country.
